The Ridge at Maleny is one of Maleny's newest, luxury, boutique development. offering 13 contemporary Scandinavian inspired 1, 2 & 3 bedroom mountain cabins and villas, fully self-contained, air-conditioned and nestled amongst 300 acres of pristine Sunshine Coast hinterland. Architecturally designed and luxuriously appointed, the cabins are perched high on the ridge with breath-taking views across the valley.
The cabins are an idyllic setting to enjoy the cooler, invigorating fresh air that Summer in the mountains offers, whilst each cabin equipped with its own fireplace, provides an intimate and cosy atmosphere during cooler seasons.
With its private secluded location, surrounding tranquil landscape and winding hinterland roads, The Ridge at Maleny also offers a serene environment for hosting retreats and conferences in the large, fully-equipped function centre on-site.
A 200m2 function centre available for hire for onsite guests with full commercial kitchen and stunning views.

General
As the main contact on this booking, you are responsible for all guests and your visitor’s actions. By making this booking, you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below.

Cancellation Policy/Refunds
Cancel up to 14 days before arrival (full refund less a $50 cancellation fee per cabin). Non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Number of Guests
The number of guests must not exceed the number of beds provided for, or the number agreed to at the time of booking.
No Parties or Gatherings
We have a strict no parties policy and our cabins are for residential purposes only with the registered guests to be the only occupants of the cabin. Functions/parties, big or small are not permitted and management have the right to evict all guests without refund or heavy penalties will apply. Functions or gatherings can be accommodated in our 200m2 Function Centre. Please contact us on 0439 629 679, if you wish to enquire.
Smoking Policy
The Ridge at Maleny, including cabins and outside property/land, has a strict no smoking policy.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please be mindful of other guests staying at the property and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
No Pets
Our holiday cabins do not cater for pets.
Speeding
In the interests of wildlife and children, please observe our 10km speed limit when on our property.
Drones
For the privacy of other guests, The Ridge at Maleny has a no drones policy. Penalties will apply if any guest is found using such equipment.
Parking
All guests must park in the designated carport outside their cabin.
Cleaning
The cabins are offered in good clean condition. On departure please kindly ensure that all rubbish is removed and placed in bins provided and the property left in a clean and tidy state. If you use the BBQ, please ensure this is cleaned after use otherwise a fee
